SURFING
Surfing at South Mission Beach Sports Park and the San Diego area is great. There are many beaches along the coast that offer surfers of all abilities good waves on a regular basis. The Surfrider Foundation, SD Coastkeeper, I Love A Clean San Diego and many more organizations help keep our beaches clean and environmentally protected for all to enjoy. San Diego BIG wants to have necessary items such as bathrooms, drinking fountains, emergency phones and other improvements available at all locations where surfing is enjoyed frequently.
