		MORNING BOOT CAMPS South Mission Beach – 9:00 am (Check COACHES CORNER for special coaches/dates) San Diego BIG will now be offering Saturday/Sunday morning workouts at South Mission Beach by the volleyball courts (N. Jetty Dr.). From 9:00-10:00 am we will workout in the sand focusing on legs, core and other exercises that are geared towards beach volleyball. Recommended $10-15 donation or BECOME A MEMBER ($25) and get one month free. We are recruiting guest trainers/coaches to contribute their expertise, so if you are a trainer and want to give our members a taste of how create great beach volleyball players, please contact Laura Hendrickson at 619-888-6743 for more information and scheduling. SAN DIEGO BIG SOCIALS We are excited to offer great socials at our coastal restaurants and bars. Our next Social will be March 27th at NICK'S in Pacific Beach, 4-7 pm. RSVP HERE! COASTAL WALKS This year we want to be more active in our roll to help San Diego beaches stay clean and beautiful. We will be having coast walks along beach trails, boardwalks as well as other opportunities to clean up trash, sweep or garden areas that are used by all. Please register with us to be placed on our monthly e-Newsletter to get information on our next outing. Next coastal walk will be at Torrey Pines in April. Volunteer to help today!

TBA		MID-SUMMER BBQ & BON FIR This BBQ & Bon Fire will start at 3:30-4 pm with some friendly games of round-robin volleyball, getting everyone a chance to hang out and enjoy yet another beautiful Southern California day at the beach. We'll BBQ at 6ish and as the sun sets we'll light up the bon fire for some good old fashioned smores and night time fun. Bring your instrument, we'd love to hear your tunes.

10/2/10		SAN DIEGO SIX-MAN BEACHFEST & VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT Please join us for our San Diego SIX-MAN BeachFest with a Volleyball Tournament and Fun Run (New in 2010). Six-on-six beach volleyball teams, usually in costume, duke it out in divisions that include Men's & Women's Open, A, and Masters, plus Co-ed. This year's event will be at Mariner's Point allowing us to have a beer garden and continue to grow this exciting and fun event. We are currently rounding up sponsors.
