Every day many of us multitask to accomplish as much as we can in 24 hourrs...we search for a 25th hour to get in everything we have to do and want to do each day. Yoga is a way for each of us to help our body. Not only will it help us to build strength and flexibility that we need in our daily lives, it will also help us reduce stress. Adding yoga to a cross-training workout allows athletes to maintain their flexibiltiy as they build muscle. Yoga helps the body to work through a natural range of motion, to realign and find the body's way back to the way each of our joints was made to move.
